European Public Holidays ::
Planning your trip around a European Public Holiday has both positives and negatives. The positive side of the situation is that you will definately be able to experience more of the culture of the country you are visitng. Most holidays are distinct to that speciific European country. Many times, festivals and other events surround certain holidays. These are great ways to spend any vacation!
The downside to planning your trip around a European Holiday is that things may be a bit more expensive. This is not always the case, but sometimes airfare, hotels, and other expenses may be inflated because of the holidays. In my opinion, this should not deter you from planning a trip around holidays. There is nothing like truly experiencing a culture, especially when you get to experience their expression of specific holidays and events.
